Alguns catalanismes morfològics i sintàctics del castellà del segle XV a la Corona d’Aragó

Abstract

The study covers some morphological and syntactic catalanisms document­ed in 15th century texts written in varieties of Castilian from the Crown of Aragon. The analysis includes both free morphemes (articles, prepositions, conjunctions, numerals, etc.) and derivational morphemes (des- and es-), the subordinates introduced by the con­junctive locution ya sea (que) and the coordination of adverbs ending in -ment(e). The ma­jority of catalanisms are found in legal and administrative texts, which reflect to a great­er extent the orality of the time. While the contribution of translations to the transfer of Catalan structures is not significant, the figure of Enrique de Villena stands out, whose literary works and treatises, in contrast to contemporary works of the same textual typologies, contain a high number of catalanisms.
